Talawanda High School E-News - August 28, 2020

A Message from Mr. York:

Hey THS students,

This week was a good week. I sat in several classes, great to see some of you! Classes were fun….not like being in-person but they were the next best thing. Please make sure you take advantage of ExtraTime/Extra Help, even if it’s not on your schedule, you can still get help when you need it. Make sure you follow all the guidelines for social distancing, mask-wearing, and hand cleaning. The quicker we get through this pandemic the quicker we get back to school. **Important** All students and families need to complete FinalForms! Click the link to confirm/update your information and sign the required forms.

Now you can apply on-line for your children to receive free or reduced-price school meals! Your application will be sent from a secure web site directly to the Child Nutrition office, so you don't need to worry about filling out a paper form that could be lost or misplaced. Find the links here.

Talawanda is offering a Fall food program. Every Monday families may pick up 5 breakfasts and lunches. These will be provided free of charge for families that qualify for free lunch, at a reduced cost for families that qualify for reduced lunch, and for a small charge for others. There will be home football games on August 28th, September 11th, and September 18th! Please review the guidelines for attending below (also at this link):
