Important Information and Reminders:

Seniors - At this point in time all transcript requests will be held until the end of the year when all grades are finalized and the graduation date is included. If you need to have it sent out before this time please let the guidance office know. Also, all transcript requests are now done through Parchment only. If you have not set up an account yet, you need to do this soon. Please see Mrs Roy or your counselor with any questions.

Check out our Graduation Newsletter for all you need to know about graduation. Please remember that seniors must pay ALL their fees before graduation and no checks will be accepted after May 3rd. School fees can be paid by cash, check, or online with a credit card at: https://www.spsezpay.com/Talawanda/login.aspx Seniors last day will be May 17th.

We need your feedback! A group of community partners serving the Oxford area, including the Coalition for a Healthy Community - Oxford Area, Talawanda Schools, Miami University, the Butler County Mental Health and Addiction Services Board, and McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital/Tri Health, are working on a project to reduce gaps and address barriers to substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery programs. Your participation in the following survey will help us identify priorities and areas of focus for this work. Your feedback is completely voluntary and will remain anonymous.

Exams will be May 24th through 27th. More information will be sent out soon. Please note that WEDNESDAY IS AN EXAM DAY! Students MUST attend their exams on Wednesday.
Students who drive or will be picked up by a parent/guardian may be excused after 11am. Students who will ride the bus home are not permitted to leave campus between the last exam of each day and the bus pickup at 2pm.

Our Senior Recognition Evening will be Wednesday, May 19 at 6:30 pm in the Performing Arts Center. Any senior being recognized that evening will receive an invitation along with 4 tickets (1 senior ticket and 3 guests tickets). Please contact Mrs. Roy at 513-273-3218 with any questions.

From a Talawanda Parent: Attention! I am collecting Thank you cards from THS students, parents and community members as part of THS Teacher and Staff Appreciation Day (May 12). Please write one (or more) to your child’s favorite teacher(s) and/or staff and drop it off at THS office by May 10. Please write “THS Appreciation” and your name on the envelope. - Parents can still buy a yearbook for the 2020-21 school year! Visit www.jostens.com and select 'Yearbooks' from the menu - search for 'Talawanda' and you will be able to get yours online today!
- The THS Media Center has double the number of overdue books due to the remote learning and school closings. We did not have a chance to collect most of the books that were due from the 2019-2020 school year and most of the books that were checked out during the brief face-to-face weeks in late October and early November 2020. If possible, especially those who are currently attending in person, please return or renew any book you currently have checked out that is overdue.
