Reminders:

• Picture Retakes and Senior Panorama on Tuesday the 22nd!

• A Jostens representative will be here on Tuesday the 22nd during lunch with information about ordering Graduation items.

• Report cards will be going home on Thursday, 10/24.

• First Quarter Honor Roll recognition is Thursday, 10/31. 9th and 10th graders will be at 8:06 and 11th and 12th graders will be at 8:57.

• The sophomore class will have the chance to visit one of the Butler Tech campuses on Monday, November 25.  This field trip will allow students to see the educational opportunities and programs Butler Tech has to offer.  If you have any questions, please contact your student's school counselor or Bernie Phelps.

• Veterans Day Breakfast and Assembly

• Celebrate National Writing Outdoors Day!

• Females interested in STEM careers can sign up for CIQS Day!

• Senior picture deadline for the yearbook has been set to March 6th.  Please email your senior picture to yearbook@talawanda.org before the deadline to make sure your image gets into the 2020 THS yearbook!

The process of applying to college can be intimidating, but many students and parents worry about one aspect in particular: the ACT® test. A great ACT® score can open doors to funding and admission. We are offering our students a free ACT@ test at Talawanda High School and the opportunity to partner with TorchPrep, an innovative test prep program that cracks the code on improving ACT® scores. Through strategy-driven training focused on repetition, customization, and motivation, TorchPrep will help your student overcome the ACT®.
