Important Information and Reminders:
- Picture Day for Remote students will be Wednesday, January 27th. Remote students were sent a link so they can reserve a spot on the 27th. Check out the Lifetouch flyer here.
- If you uploaded a picture for the yearbook and would like that one used instead of the picture taken through Lifetouch, please email yearbook@talawanda.org to notify the staff.
- Students interested in a paid healthcare internship this summer should see this flier for more information.
- Report cards were handed out on Thursday, Online students will be mailed home.
- Both the THS Scholarship Book and the OCF Scholarship Book have been posted to our website, emailed to both parent and student emails and tweeted. There are also hard copies available in the Guidance Office.
- Congratulation to Talawanda Hockey for being #6 in the State!!!
- Last Saturday the Brave Swim & Dive teams faced off against league-rival Harrison. The boys soundly defeated Harrison 173-111, while the girls, who were missing 5 key swimmers, eked out a 139-137 victory. The boys were led by Alex Carlson, Ben Crowder, and Maxx Gregg, all of whom won both of their individual events. For the girls Maren Patterson and Hannah Lippincott were both double event winners as well. The regular season for the Brave Swim & Dive teams will wrap up this weekend when they host Badin and Waynesville tonight in a tri-meet and then travel to Mason tomorrow for a tri-meet with Mason, LaSalle, and Mercy McAuley.
- QPR Gatekeeper Trainings: Question, Persuade, Refer, is an effective training that will prepare the participant to get someone in a mental health crisis to help This free training is intended for adults. More info here!

- If you are submitting an underclass picture please follow these rules:
- Solid, single-color background - NO OUTSIDE PICTURES!
- Chest up portrait, face can be seen clearly
- No props, filters, or other extra features added
- If you are submitting a senior picture please follow these rules:
- Backgrounds are up to you, these can cater to your senior
- Face must be seen clearly, but not limited to only chest shots
- NO FILTERS -but- props are ok as long as they follow code of conduct
You must provide the first and last name of the student you are uploading, as well as grade and email. This applies to all students, even seniors. You can no longer submit your photo to yearbook@talawanda.org! Please use the provided link and school code! If your portrait does not follow the rules supplied, you will receive a notification of a rejected photo and be asked to resubmit!
