A Peaceful, Productive, Healthy, and Happy Community
The mission of Marshall Elementary is to work as a community to achieve higher levels of thinking and learning by empowering every learner everyday.
School News and Information
Happy Friday Everyone! We have completed our first week of having two options for our families, both Face to Face and Remote Learning. Our Remote Learners have been able to meet new classmates and possibly a new teacher. Our Face to Face Learners have done a great job of learning all the new routines and procedures that must be followed to keep each of us safe. We will continue to remind students to wear their mask, covering their mouth and nose. Remember if the mask is a little too big you can tie a knot in the ear loops so it fits a little better and stays up. In addition, we will continue to remind students to use good hand hygiene and to keep their hands away from their face. If we all do our part, we can hopefully remain open. You can also help everyone stay safe and able to come to school by limiting your exposure to others outside of school.
In addition, if your child has any signs or symptoms please keep your child at home as a precaution. It is especially important that if you have knowingly been exposed to someone with the Covid-19 virus that you quarantine for 14 days. Please Note: if a student comes to school who has been exposed and then they test positive, this may cause an entire class to be in quarantine for 14 days in addition to the health risk of possibly exposing others. Thank you for helping everyone remain safe and healthy.

Face to Face Reminder
Please check your child’s temperature before school each day and check these symptoms. Please note that a child with a temperature of 100˚ or Higher should not be sent to school and will be sent home from school. This is our regular guideline. Students should not return to school until they are fever free, without the use of medication, for 72 hours. You must keep your child home if they have one High Risk Symptom or two Low Risk Symptoms. If we all do our part to reduce the spread of Covid-19, we will be able to keep Marshall open.
High Risk Symptoms:
New cough
Difficulty Breathing
Loss of Taste/Smell
Fever (100˚ or higher)
Low Risk Symptoms:
Congestion/runny nose
Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
Sore throat
Headache
Muscle weakness
