Office of the Treasurer

The Treasurer/CFO reports to the Board of Education and is responsible for overseeing payroll, benefits and the accounting and financial operations of the district; in addition to advising the BOE about sound financial management and sustainability.  Armed with this information, the Board decides how and how much to invest in our schools each year.  The mission of the Treasurer's Office is to provide fiscal accountability and integrity through effective process management that is aligned with governmental regulations, protecting taxpayer funds and supporting district initiatives.    Together we are entrusted to manage an annual $36+ million General Fund budget, in addition to several smaller funds, with the goal of providing the best opportunity for student academic success and the highest return on investment for Talawanda taxpayers.
