Bogan E-News - August 18, 2017
The 2017-2018 school year is off to a great start! It’s been great seeing all the students back in school and hearing about their summer adventures.
Kindergarten: KG students will start school on Monday. The buses may run a few minutes late. Please be patient, we want to make sure everyone gets home safely.
The Great American Solar Eclipse: The Talawanda School District will participate in the viewing of the eclipse on Monday, August 21st. Please see the district letter and permission form. Every student at Kramer will receive eclipse glasses. If the permission slip is not signed and returned, teachers will show the event on the computer in their classrooms.
Final Forms: Thank you to all the families who have already filled out their Final Forms online. If did not receive an email from Final Forms yet please try the following. 1. Check your spam folder. 2. Search your email for finalforms (no spaces). If you still can not find the email perhaps there is an incorrect or old email in our system. You can call the Bogan office at (513) 273-3406 between 8am and 4:30pm to update your email or you can email millerr@talawanda.org and provide your new email. When emailing us please be sure to your student(s) names.
We have made some slight changes to the Dismissal Procedures. Please see the attachment below.
Future Dates:
Monday, August 21st - 1st Day of Kindergarten
Monday, September 4th - No School, Labor Day
Tuesday, September 12th - PTG Program, 7pm
Thursday, September 14th - Picture Day
Monday, September 18th - Big Brothers/Big Sisters Starts
Saturday, September 30th - PTG Carnival, 5-8pm
