All School Field Trip!

Thanks to all those that sold items for our Tumbler Fundraiser, we raised enough money to take an all school field trip! We will be going to Taft Theatre to see the Jungle Book on Tuesday, February 19th! Please make sure your child’s permission slip is completed and returned.

Kids Night Out

Save the Date! Kids Night out is Friday, February 22nd, 6:30-9pm.

The Health Coordinating Council is creating a series of messages on vaping/e-cigarettes for parents. Please see this flyer that was shared by the Health Coordinating Council to learn more information.

Miami Women’s Basketball

Love.Honor.Care is an initiative of Miami Athletics spearheaded by Miami women’s basketball to raise funds for Luna Cares, which benefits local cancer patients. Over the past five years, Miami Athletics and Miami women’s basketball have raised more than $80,000 through this initiative.

Miami women’s basketball hosts Bowling Green at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, for the Love.Honor.Care game, and 100 percent of the money raised through t-shirt sales, donations and game day events go to Luna Cares.

There is complimentary admission to the Saturday, Feb. 23, game courtesy of President Greg and Dr. Renate Crawford for faculty, staff and their families and for Oxford and surrounding communities. To reserve complimentary tickets for the game:

Love.Honor.Care t-shirts ($10) and long sleeve shirts ($20) are available for purchase by clicking HERE, through the Miami Athletic Ticket Office or on game day at Millett Hall. There are a variety of donation support levels (click HERE for more information), or donations of any amount can be made through the Miami Athletic Ticket Office at (513) 529-4295.
